How NovaOrg handles enquiry data

This notice explains how we use the information you submit through the NovaOrg website when you request a callback, project discussion, or free tech audit.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, company name, and the service you are interested in.
• The details you choose to include in your enquiry message.
• Basic technical metadata attached to the request, such as submission time and browser information, for spam prevention and service monitoring.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange follow-up conversations.
• To assess whether NovaOrg is a suitable fit for your request.
• To detect abuse, spam, or malicious submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only for as long as it is reasonably required to manage the conversation, evaluate the opportunity, and maintain business records. If an enquiry does not progress, we aim to remove it from active systems within 12 months unless we are required to keep it longer for legal or security reasons.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We may use trusted service providers to route or store enquiry notifications on our behalf, but only for the purpose of operating the website and responding to requests.

Your choices
